A stroll through the historic center will allow you to discover the Parish Church of Nostra Signora Assunta, whose bell towers are the symbol of the city, and all the beautiful historic buildings. Next, visit the Oratory of the Annunziata, whose origins are shrouded in mystery and date back to the early 13th century. Stop for a tasting at the Enoteca Regionale di Ovada to discover Dolcetto DOCG and the wines of Monferrato, and in a historic restaurant, sample farinata, a specialty originating from Liguria and with a very ancient tradition.
