Accompanied by an expert hiking guide, guests will experience forest bathing along the trails of the Sila National
Park.
Guided by the senses, slowing down the pace and reconnecting with self and with nature, they will walk as far as The Giants of Sila, a biogenetic nature reserve managed by FAI which preserves a centuries-old forest of larch pines and sycamore maples standing up to 45 meters tall, evidence of the ancient forests of Sila.
