A unique, fun and mouth-watering experience for young and old on a farm where the highly prized IGP Piemonte hazelnut has been grown for 5 generations. You will discover ancient stories and interesting facts about this precious fruit, which is versatile in the kitchen and very sustainable as all its parts are recovered and used. In the workshop, you will make an irresistible recipe: your first Monferrato hazelnut and cocoa spread! With your hands in the (hazelnut) dough, a little sugar and cocoa, you will prepare the spreadable cream yourself. After the short and simple preparation, all you have to do is package your jar, decorate your label and find the right name for your delicious creation, ready to take home!
Of course, this will be followed by a stop at one of the wineries on the River Road / Food and Wine Road of Gran Monferrato).
