Description
The e-bike route takes the cyclist through rolling hills and timeless villages. From Cortemilia you arrive at Levice where you can visit the Church of San Rocco and its magnificent late-Gothic frescoes. The section which takes to Monesiglio features gentle slopes and the landscape varies between farmland, woods and streams. Enjoy a visit to Santa Maria dell'Acqua Dolce in Monesiglio, before entering the village, where the medieval castle stands with its age-old charm and breathtaking view. Proceed, arriving at Bergolo "Village of Stone", a small gem nestled among the hills, an open-air museum for the artistic works dotted along the village
streets. The downhill section towards Cortemilia includes a visit to a workshop which produces and processes the Piedmont Hazelnut IGP, accompanied by a tasting session.
