The Sila plateau in the heart of Calabria is an area of extraordinary natural beauty and full of history: it offers breathtaking scenery, characterized by dense woods of pine, larch and beech, crystal-clear lakes and rolling hills which stretch as far as the eye can see. Departure from Camigliatello Silano for the e-bike tour of Lake Cecita to discover the National Park of Sila and its natural wonders.
First stop-off point is Centro Visite Cupone, gateway to the National Park of Sila in which it is possible to travel on easy to access trails, visit the nature museum, botanical garden, geological garden and wildlife enclosures.
Set off for Cava di Melis to start the visit to the highest Vineyard of Europe and taste wines. The experience of this heroic viticulture contributes to enhancing the resources of the territory, respecting the environment and its biodiversity.
During the visit you can walk inside the vineyard and taste wines, accompanied by typical local products.
Return by e-bike to Camigliatello Silano.
