It is practiced among rows of wooden barrels, where the wine matures embraced by warm aromas of oak, vanilla and must. The light is soft, natural or barely visible, creating an intimate, almost meditative atmosphere. The barrel room is cool, stable and protective. The body slows down spontaneously, breathing becomes deep, accompanied by the quiet rhythm of the place.
It is an experience that combines wellness, territory and wine culture: ideal for those seeking something authentic, regenerating and out of the ordinary, where time seems suspended and every gesture rediscovers its natural rhythm. At the end, visit and tasting at winery on the Food and Wine Road.
