Day 1
Welcome to the Yoga lesson in the picturesque historic village of Caldana immersed in nature! This unique experience will take you to discover the perfect balance between the thousand-year-long practice of Yoga and the intrinsic beauty of the village and its natural surrounding environment. The lesson will take place in a peaceful and green area outdoors, perhaps in the shade of century-old trees or in a picturesque park with century-old oak trees. You will be surrounded by the fragrance of the plants and chirping birds, contributing to creating a peaceful atmosphere for the practice of interior wellness. Your Yoga instructor Laura is an expert, with a deep understanding of the philosophy of Yoga and its multiple techniques. You will begin with several moments of meditation to get in touch with your breathing and release accumulated stress, opening the mind and preparing yourself for complete immersion in the session. The Yoga lesson in the village of Caldana between history and nature will be a journey of inner discovery, a moment to detach yourself from the hectic everyday life and to embrace the harmony of the present, with the historic inheritance of the village which merges with the natural surrounding beauty. It will be an unforgettable experience which will leave its mark in your heart and in your practice of Yoga. Namaste!
