Day 1

Arrive in Alassio: after a delightful walk in the characteristic "budello", the characteristic Ligurian street which runs parallel to the sea arrive to an historic city mill. Visit the mill with tasting of extra virgin olive oil.
Possibility to book a visit to the olive orchards belonging to the family since 1871 and pick olives (October/November) Additional charge required.
Free time for an aperitif in Caffè Roma opposite the Muretto of Alassio: in 1953, the owner decided to embellish the wall of the public garden close to his bar with autographed ceramic tiles. This tradition has continued, gathering the signatures of showbusiness, art, culture, and sports personalities.

Day 2

In the morning, scenic tour by e-bike along the bay of Alassio, to enjoy a breathtaking view. Climbing towards Madonna della Guardia, highest and most picturesque point of the Cycle Path, you can enjoy a scenery which ranges from the Ligurian Alps, with peaks higher than 2600 m, to hills covered by olive trees, to the blue sea.
Lunch at leisure.
Free time to spend day on the beach or enjoy one of our other experiences in Alassio.
Dinner in an osteria in the heart of the historic centre where you can taste the traditional dishes of Liguria. Accompanied by live music played rigorously acoustically with the hits of the singer-songwriter poets of Liguria.

Day 3

After breakfast, head towards Monferrato UNESCO to Olivola a delightful village in a scenic position dominated by pietra da cantoni, the sandstone in which the Infernots were dug, these are underground cavities of the territory, precious inheritance of the rural tradition, small hidden treasures declared UNESCO world
heritage site.
Olivola has become the first city of Oil in Piedmont and the oil produced here has been inserted among the excellent oils of Italy. Walk among the olive orchards and taste the oil of Monferrato.
To follow, we suggest a route in search of the Big Bench, the giant benches conceived by the artist Chris Bangle and located on the territory in scenic spots, with departure from big bench number 146 positioned among the olive trees with a golden olive colour. Or an itinerary at leisure in the 14 villages between the province of Alessandria and Asti, inserted into the circuit of the infernots UNESCO heritage sites (Cella Monte Rosignano Monferrato Sala Vignale Monferrato Ottiglio Ozzano Monferrato Treville Frassinello Monferrato Grazzano Badoglio Terruggia Camagna Monferrato Olivola Ponzano Monferrato Fubine).
To end the day, visit winery and tasting to get to know the key wines of the area accompanied by local products.

Day 4

Set off for Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy. The waters of the lake contribute significantly to mitigating the hot summers and the rigid winters, making the climate of Garda exceptionally mild and temperate allowing the cultivation of olives which are a true representation of Italian excellence.
Visit a farm on the Lombard banks of the lake to taste the extra virgin olive oil Garda Bresciano Dop of their production.
