Day 1

Arrival in the morning in the Stura Valley at the parking lot (Riofreddo Valley) and departure for the trek. Excursion to Lake Malinvern (2,122 m) and Lake Paur (2,357 m) from the Riofreddo Valley.
Around the Malinvern refuge, suspended above the deep Riofreddo Valley, a dozen fascinating glacial lakes fan out. The southernmost ones are Lake Malinvern and the Paur lakes, located on a captivating rocky balcony nestled between the Paur peaks and the rugged peaks of Valrossa. A journey through wild environments where nature is the undisputed protagonist.

Day 2

Breakfast at the refuge. Walk down to the parking lot to reach the car. Transfer to Gaiola, to a tourist village. Relax and get an adrenaline rush with a rafting trip!
Optional horseback riding or e-bike rental to enjoy an afternoon immersed in nature.
Dinner and overnight stay at a tourist village.

Day 3

HIKE TO SAN BERNOLFO LAKE
Length: 11.6 km • Elevation gain: 267 m • Difficulty: E
From the parking lot on the road just before San Bernolfo, take the dirt road to the Alexandris Foches–Laus Refuge, crossing the small bridge over the Rio Corborant and making a short descent to the fork leading uphill to the right. Follow either the dirt-cobbled road or the shortcuts marked with small red and white signs. After the hairpin bends, follow the road for a few hundred meters, passing the refuge at 1910 m, and then reaching the Colletto del Laus (1950 m), where you can look out over Lake San Bernolfo (1913 m) below.

Day 4

Breakfast at the refuge.
Return to the car on foot. Transfer by own transport to Vinadio. The day will be dedicated to discovering local traditions. A "Cruset" workshop – a typical fresh pasta from the Stura Valley – will be held.
Lunch at a traditional restaurant featuring local products. Transfer to Pontebernardo and a guided tour of the Pastoral Ecomuseum and the village.
Arrive at the hotel and enjoy a relaxing moment in the hotel's small spa.
Traditional dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 5

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer by private transport to the beautiful village of Ferrere.
Relax and enjoy a traditional lunch at a mountain hut.
Return to your destinations.
