Day 1

Arrival by own means in Bergeggi. Early afternoon meeting with the instructor and tandem flight with qualified pilots. Flying over the sea of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Noli in a bay enclosed by the hinterland of Vezzi Portio in the Gulf is a unique experience for everyone! A paradise to be discovered from above dominated by the island of Bergeggi. No physical prowess or courage is required, but only the desire to see the world from a better perspective!

Day 2

Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with the guide and departure for the trekking route: a wide choice of interesting excursions from a naturalistic as well as a geological and historical point of view, amidst the scents and colours of the Mediterranean maquis with evocative views of the island's gulf. From the pilgrim's path to the ascent to Monte Mao, to the ancient Roman roads that connected Spotorno to Noli or Bergeggi, you will be accompanied on these evocative itineraries, diversified in terms of duration and difficulty, by expert and qualified guides

In the afternoon kayak excursion with guide/instructor in the marine protected area of the Island of Bergeggi (duration 2.5 hours, equipment included)
At the end return to the hotel by own means.

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel and free transfer to Genoa's Old Port. Entrance to the aquarium and independent visit of one of the largest aquariums in Europe (time needed approx. 3 hours). Free lunch and time at leisure for a look at the city " Superb.....You will see a Royal City, leaning against an alpine hill, Superb for Men and Walls, whose only appearance indicates the Lady of the Sea".
