Day 1

Agriturismo in the area of Calliano. Spend the afternoon among the vineyards and hazelnut groves, enjoy a honey lesson with our bee-keeper. You will feel pampered by the hospitality of Monferrato! Taste the honeys in the special merenda sinoira, a Piedmontese tradition which dates back to the time when the peasants ate a substantial meal mid-afternoon, between lunch and dinner, to recharge their batteries after a long tiring day in the fields. A sociable and informal moment, today it is a pre-dinner ritual to get to know and taste the genuine products and local recipes such as insalata russa (creamy vegetable salad) and bagnetto verde (parsley, garlic and anchovy sauce). Day 2

Tour by Vespa to discover the Romanesque heritage between Calliano, Portacomaro, Casorzo, Montemagno, Ottiglio and Vignale Monferrato. Day 3

In Monferrato, truffle hunting is an unforgettable experience: immersed among the woods the sound of your footsteps on the leaves, the calls of the truffle hunters who direct their faithful truffle dogs and the expressions of happiness on finding the precious tuber (the truffles extracted can be purchased at market price and
tasted at local restaurants).

NB truffle hunting is stopped for biological reasons by a regulation of the Piedmont Regional Authority in May and October / truffle hunting is always possible in truffle farms and private land
