Arrival by own means in Bergeggi, afternoon dedicated to relaxation and wellness at the "Nova Luna et Stellis Spa" wellness centre inside the Dominio Mare Resort. At the end, accommodation in the resort rooms.

Day 2

Breakfast at the facility.
Appointment with the guide and trekking: a wide choice of excursions that are interesting from a naturalistic as well as geological and historical point of view, amidst the scents and colours of the Mediterranean maquis with evocative views of the island's gulf. From the pilgrim's path to the ascent to Monte Mao, to the ancient Roman roads that connected Spotorno to Noli or Bergeggi, you will be accompanied on these evocative routes, which vary in duration and difficulty, by expert and qualified guides.

Transfer by your own means to the Olio Sancio farm, on the Spotorno hill 5' from the centre, where the owners will be pleased to show you the entire "production chain" of their oil, from the olive groves to the oil press, verifying its high level of genuineness. Small tasting included. Possibility of purchasing products directly from the farm.

Day 3

Breakfast at the hotel and free transfer to Genoa. Arrival in Genoa and at 10 a.m. meeting with Ilaria Paderi, creative and talented photographer who will guide you through the most iconic monuments of Genoa. Discovering the most elegant streets: Via Garibaldi, Galleria Mazzini, Via XX Settembre together with the most iconic monuments of the city: Ponte Monumentale, San Lorenzo Cathedral, Porta Soprana. End at 12.30 pm. Free lunch and time at disposal to deepen one's knowledge of the city.
