A rural tradition, known since the Sumerians, based on a symbiotic relationship between truffle hunter, truffle dog and the environment.
Truffle hunting at night is even more fascinating, when the noises are muffled and the only sounds are footsteps on the leaves and commands given to the dog. The route unfolds among the hazelnut groves and you will be equipped with convenient torches so as not to lose any of this emotional experience made of ancient gestures immersed completely in nature.
