Description

A surprising and mouth-watering journey which includes a visit to the Bodrato company, synonymous with artisan excellence since 1943. Starting from the highly selected ingredients of Piedmont such as the Bella di Garbagna cherry (Slow Food Presidium), the IGP Piemonte hazelnuts and the mint of Pancalieri, the company produces the great classics such as nocciolato, boeri, giandujotti, cremini, spreadable creams, and contemporary delicious innovations are experimented (chocolate bars with spices, pralines with Matcha Tea, cremini with Maldon Salt). In 2016, at the International Chocolate Awards the Tavolette Frutta e Spezie (Fruit and Spices Chocolate Bar) won 3 awards. The cocoa also comes from the most precious South American cultivars (Peru and Ecuador) which respect biodiversity and local work.
An unforgettable experience to see the chocolate masters at work and to learn the correct information on the product and become conscious consumers.
